It focuses on carbon emissions (as well as water, food-waste and plastic) because they are all urgent policy issues but its central message is that we need to stop consuming as a way of life. Instead, we need to turn our homes into a hub of production and start sharing. The revolution is to divest from the debt cycle of working to pay for things, and start living in a resilient and abundant way.
